Law Office of Robyn L. Lesser, P.A.

The Law Office of Robyn L. Lesser, P.A. represents clients in civil litigation. The Law Firm represents clients in fiduciary, breach of contract, and business tort disputes. Disputes may arise during the administration of an estate or a trust, and when they do, we represent personal representatives, trustees, or beneficiaries in these contested matters. We also represent individuals and businesses in breach of contract and business torts. From pre-suit demands to the resolution of your case, we keep you informed of the progress of the case, and work toward a settlement with the other party or if necessary taking your case to trial.

No matter what your legal matter, we will honestly assess your case and advise you on the options available to resolve your dispute. While the resolution of a case is not always desirable especially when defending an action, we will fight to ensure that your rights are protected and to limit your liability while striving toward the best possible outcome.

A goal of the law firm is to educate women on the law, enabling women to make well-informed decisions regarding their legal rights in both transactional and litigation matters.
